I am absolutely delighted I have a brand new kitchen extension, the garage converted to a study and a new drive including fencing. I would highly recommend Joe and his team for all building work, after he recently completed fitting a new roof, UPVC cladding and full front driveway/ garden makeover to our house. From the initial consultation process Joe was really helpful and outlined options we hadn’t considered before which assisted in us making the right choices. During the work being completed everyone took care to ensure that there was minimal disruption to our daily life, including our neighbours and worked long days and produced work of an incredibly high standard. The best builder we have ever worked with, and are really pleased with the results.

We engaged Joe and the Logik team to build a significant new extension to our 200-year-old cottage, effectively doubling it in size. They also renovated the existing building to bring it up to modern standards.
As the works progressed, Joe kept us fully updated about issues as they arose, always explained possible solutions to them and informed us of likely costs.
By refreshing the stonework and pointing to the original building, Joe and his team were able to make a seamless transition between the old and new parts that sits perfectly in its surroundings. The masonry and roof slates are a work of art and we often hear passers-by comment on how beautiful our house is.
Inside, the quality of the joinery and plastering is excellent. The “feature” elements (oak trusses, galleried landing, exposed stonework) are of a quality that provides real impact. We are pleased with and proud of the home that Joe and team have created for us.
Joe kept us involved in the decision-making on fixtures and fittings so we can truly feel like we have made the house our own.
The entire team were friendly, courteous and professional. They didn’t mind us frequently visiting the site to ask questions, dealt with our requests for changes/additions patiently and always ensured the site was left safe and secure.
Despite a very cold and wet winter, horrible ground conditions and the first Covid lockdown causing material supply difficulties, Joe and his team completed the project just a few weeks after his initial estimate of nine months. They also completed additional works including a patio and stabilising an old well we uncovered in the garden.
We are happy we chose Logik Construction. We have further works in the pipeline and will not hesitate to hire Logik again when we are in a position to progress with other buildings on site.

Joe and his team completed our kitchen/utility room extension, along with a new outdoor area and patio in Autumn 2020. The best way I can sum up the work is on time (started and finished exactly when they said they would), on budget (costs in line with what was agreed, along with some agreed extras along the way which he always told us about) and high quality - the finish is great. As a team they worked hard to meet the deadlines they set themselves - sometimes very long days - and were polite and courteous at all times... even our neighbours commented how tidy they were! We love our new space and it has completely changed how we live as a family. Can't wait to entertain in it once lockdown is over!

Joe always suggested alterations and improvements throughout the build which was really helpful as this was our first major project. We had our dream kitchen done by Joe from Logik Construction Ltd. He was excellent from start to finish. He helped us with the design, liaised with the kitchen suppliers and made everything run so smoothly. We were so impressed with how he finished his days, everything was so neat and tidy and allowed us to not feel like we were in a total muddle.
